Relational Healing for Trauma and Loss
As a provisionally licensed mental health professional (AMFT), I specialize in trauma focused couple and relational therapy, focusing on romantic partnerships where one or both partners are navigating the effects of trauma. I also support individual adults grappling with relationship challenges due to past trauma or coping with spousal grief.
My mission is to facilitate corrective attachment experiences that foster trauma recovery and enhance the quality of relationships—with others and oneself. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space for healing and growth.
I am proud to be an LGBTQIA+ ally and have experience working with consensually non-monogamous individuals and couples. Additionally, I am kink-aware, ensuring that all clients feel respected and understood in their unique relationship dynamics.
I am an integrative therapist informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and employ a blend of therapeutic approaches, including:
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy
- Collaborative Language Systems
- Narrative Therapy
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Emotionally Focused Therapy
- Gottman Method Couple Therapy
Based in Logan, Utah, I offer both in-person sessions at my office and teletherapy for clients across the state. I'm dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward healing and healthier relationships.
The Heart of My Work

I’m a therapist, dance teacher, mother of two boys, and a lifelong believer in the power of connection, creativity, and growth.
My own story includes love, loss, and beginning again. After experiencing spousal bereavement, I’ve been fortunate to find love again and am now happily repartnered. Those experiences have shaped both who I am personally and the way I understand relationships, grief, resilience, and the many forms a meaningful life can take.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me teaching dance or finding my own ways to create and express myself through movement. I’ve also practiced yoga since I was a teenager, and my connection to yoga and yogic philosophy continues to influence the way I think about embodiment, self-awareness, growth, and our relationship with ourselves and others.
I’m an extrovert and a social butterfly at heart—I love people, conversation, new experiences, and learning. I consider myself a lifelong learner, and I’m currently continuing my professional education as I work toward certification in sex therapy.
Outside of work, some of my happiest moments are spent on road trips and car-camping adventures with my partner. Give me a beautiful stretch of road, somewhere wild to explore, and especially a place to put my paddle board in the water, and I’m pretty content.
Whether through therapy, dance, yoga, relationships, travel, or simply being curious about life, I’m drawn to the same things again and again: connection, movement, exploration, creativity, and becoming more fully ourselves.
